The Key Messaging tab allows you to input and organize brand-specific information in Lately.ai. The platform analyzes this content to identify key messaging that defines your brand’s voice.
✅ What to Add:
- Keywords
- Taglines
- Elevator pitches
- Additional content like white papers, employee bios, and SEO keywords
🔹 How to Add Key Messaging:
- Navigate to Setup > Key Messaging
- Choose the campaign you want to assign messaging to (default is “Foundational”)
- Click the "Add" button, type in your message, hit Enter, and then Save
- To add a new category, click "+Add a new messaging category", enter a name, and Save
