(New York, N.Y. – January 22, 2019)Lately, the first self-service SaaS platform for collaborative marketing management, has launched integration with YouTube, one-click transcription for all video and audio files, one-click social post auto generation from transcripts, and improved approval flows and capabilities.

With the addition of YouTube, Lately now supports multi-channel scheduling and direct posting the “Big 4” social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn) plus YouTube, saving users time and money.

YouTube Added as a Social Channel Option

Lately users can now connect YouTube accounts to the existing supported platforms of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn! With this addition, users can now import videos to their content library, schedule posts, publish videos to YouTube, and view onmi-analytics.

Audio/Video Transcription and Generate from Transcript

For videos and audio files uploaded to the files section, you now have the additional option to “Transcribe”. This leverages the Temi API to create a transcript in 10-20 minutes. Users can then view the transcript and select “Generate from Transcript”, which will generate social posts from the transcript. Paired with YouTube publishing and video file management, this is a great addition to the content generation tools that Lately offers to customers.

Request Approval from Specific Users

Lately users now have an option to select specific team members to receive approval notifications. This enables users to select specific users based on the type of content, organization roles, or other variations in approval process.
